Curious! With Lyft or Uber, do you get a discount when a driver needs to take a ride as a passenger ? I'm going to have to actually be a PAX for the first time next weekend and was curious.

If so, is there a code? How do you set this up?

You my friend are SOL, because you're a driver, when you download passenger app and connects to your driver app. It might ask for a promo code, I never saw it, if it does, put yours in.
The only discount....you know tipping is not necessary.

I sure (hoping, anyway) that Uber Steve is being sarcastic and that you do tip your driver. I've driven several Uber drivers visiting LV. All real nice and every one of them has tipped. On the other hand, the pax today that said her bf drives for UberEat, didn't. No 5 for you!

as a driver the ride will cost you the full fare plus a nice tip... no discount, no excuses for not tipping.

Yes you can get a discount as a rider just forget being a driver....There's a catch you have to listen to uber radio ads to get the code....that's the only way that I you can get the code if you're local .I have a rider's app to see if suge is fake or real. ...I have never gotten emails about discount code from uber.

If you have never used the app put your passenger referral code in your Uber user app and you will get the $20 one ride credit and do the same for Lyft going back home and you'll get the $50 ride credit. I've used my referral code on both and got the referral bonus plus the ride credit on both apps
