In all seriousness, I have to believe that Uber/Lift drivers are helping to reduce the number of people driving impaired. It's too bad the 370 people arrested (and the 1000's of other that drove under the influence and managed to get home without getting stopped) didn't take advantage of some other option to get home safe. I do think that without ride share, the number of arrests would have been much higher this weekend. I saw more patrol cars on Saturday than I ever saw on a late night driving shift. Apparently they were as busy as I was.
