plenty of traction on this post haha

From what I understand, if you are currently using a sub compact with uber/lyft then you are all good. If you're a noob and want to sign up then no dice.

is it a hard ban?
Why don't you use the actual forum to find your answer instead of creating a new thread? That's what it's for. I know it would take considerable effort on your part but trust me, it will pay off.

I think lyft banned them but is grandfathering in ones that are already on the system.

I am gonna get a regular prius 08 probably. .06 cents a mile
How are you figuring 6c a mile? Are you only accounting for gas? Keep in mind depreciation and maintenance are just as big of an expense as gas. Also a full time driver might put 50k miles on their car in a year. Don't expect your car to last as long, need the same amount of maintanance, or be worth as much if you sell it later as it would be if you only used it for personal uses.
