I pick up 3 people at the Excalibur pick up spot and there was a guy writing a ticket to an Uber/Lyft driver.
The passengers said it was an undercover cop but they would have no reason to write a ticket on private property.

Wow...I wonder if some drivers have been running outside the app.
Yes that could be a reason they would be checking. We don't want no pirates here! There was one guy posted this week his brother got caught giving a ride out of app......had his car impounded. Facing real troubles. Especially at airport..they want their slice of the pie.

If I were a driver I would fight the ticket. ....for police officers to write tickets their car must be marked and the office must in uniform and they can't be hiding and catching drivers and write them tickets.

You guys, this is complete BS though. Can they get away with this if somebody had the time/$ to bring a suit? I know "why they're doing it," but i don't see how it's at all legal/Constitutional. What if my neighbor needed a ride to the airport, and asked to sit in the back b/c "whatever" her back hurt i dunno....then what, ticket? I don't see the legality I guess by enforcing the "ride outside the app" nonsense---make me smart b/c i don't see any right to jurisdiction on this?? I get it regarding Taxis or shuttles/busses, since those are company cars that probably have an arranged contract with the FAA (or who knows what backroom deal with the Gov. since they're Union and all).
Sounds like their ultimate End Game indoctrination/psy-ops in full effect with the 'brown shirts.' Agenda 21.
I haven't actually conducted business at the airport yet, so lmk what if/what i'm missing please---but i can't stand NWO policy whatsoever, & i.m.o. it's pretty easy to sniff out once you know the 'big picture.' It's all stupid anyway, how would anyone scrape by?? Getting strangers to trust a weirdo offering them "a ride" somewhere?? It's like hollerin' for a cab in reverse.

**Next time the fascist leftist brown shirt stops you, just roll on by like a boss, calling out his/her illegitamacy...if you can 'get out of' a DUI checkpoint harassment,' then you HAVE to be able to duck out on a shmuck checking permits!! hopefully?? See below.

(Actual DUI checkpoint here in Las Vegas---dude skates on by...AND he's carrying).

**go check out Youtube on more of these, incredible when you know your Right's....the Agricultural/DHS stops are the best.

There is no issue with you taking your neighbor to the airport, or picking them up from the airport. You would not of course pick them up in an area designated for rideshare. I think the other poster had it though.....he was prolly looking for pirates operating off app.

I just saw a guy at T3 pick up someone that he obviously knew in the TNC area. She ran to him hugged him and gave him a kiss. lol. I was thinking "wow. You saved a whole couple minutes by not just picking her up in the regular passenger pick up area." Lame.

What is this crap? Are you a snitch for the man? I can't stand snitches.
Oh boy, you are the perfect example of what is wrong with people, you think rules don't apply to you, that everyone is out to get you, guess what, in the last couple weeks I've seen more accidents involving tnc, but most of them they take the sticker off and hide it, laws are only going to get tougher on you guys and there's nothing you can do about it, the city will find a way to make more money off of you guys, or what, you think this is a free ride? I dare you to go to the airport and pick up your passengers anywhere you [email protected]#$ please, and when Brown shirts say something, tell them you are God uber, lol, giving a ride to a friend is ok, but don't kid yourself and follow the rules, best thing can happen to you, you make some money, worst , you loose your car, lmao. You think that some officials don't notice the circus going on around the strip, too many roaches on the road, cabs uber, lyft, limo etc, are you blind that you haven't seen the amount of accidents happening around us?

Funny and I am not agreeing with you or disagreeing, but on my way home I watched one of the prius cabs jump out of a stopped line of traffic and get hit by a mini van cab. Both cabs were empty but the van is going to need at least a new front bumper and front fender. I was behind the van, no way he had time to stop.

Yeah, is happening everywhere, more accidents, this cab companies hiring anyone with a license, hopefully they run out of drivers(lmao) we share the road and you know how all this transportation business is going down, bad for everybody, a lot of fender benders, coming out of the airport tnc and cabs going 60 miles an hour like they're chasing a Bone, bad thing is it involves the rest of us, one way or the other.
