I received this text yesterday.

Green Font Terrestrial plant Number Parallel

What the hell?

I have always been polite. I sure don't swear or sexually harass my customers. What is this about? It almost seems friendly. There is nothing to support this. This is like one of those generic text that Uber sends out. Like the one about canceling rides but I have 98% acceptance rating and they waitlisted me anyway( last week).

Go by your local office & have them prove it to you. That's crap! Cut & paste text.

I had thay too.
Thats what riders do when they are asking uber to give them back the money. They ***** about the ride and say bad worfs about you to justify the return.
Bad riders. Nothing to do.

I would send email to Uber Support. Say that you never act inappropriately. That you take driving seriously and always conduct yourself professionally.

Also ask that Uber Support get back to you with exactly what the Rider said about you that made Uber Support send you the text message re Inappropriate Behavior.

Or something like that. Could be a mistake. Could be like someone else said re a Rider trying to get a refund. But I would put something in print like above.

Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

Last week I had a problem with a rider and put him out. The next day I got an email saying that a recent rider had accused me of directing "homophobic" slurs towards him. They said I could respond or discuss it with them over the phone. This guy Bill calls and I asked if he had read my notes that I had submitted regarding this dudes behavior. He said no, that this wasn't an admonishment, just a heads up. But it's in my file! Now I have a dash cam and if it happens again..I'll have proof. Then again if I ever see this dude again....I'll beat the shit out of him!

Just respond to bill and tell him the guy was jerking off in the back of your car and you threw him out.

Had a chic hyperventilating coz it was raining and every little puddle I hit shed flip out and scream hydro plaining. They complained to uber I couldn't drive right.

Responded with they were drunk and on drugs, they were passed out in the back. Guess they ha a bad reaction to the drugs they were on.

Just remember everyone. Deny, deny, deny. **** it, make something up to twist the story. Your word against their word. The inappropriate behavior could be anything. Maybe you farted in the car or burped. Unless they can provide better details tell them to take their warning and shove it up their ass

If you don't need a lawyer and you haven't been arrested coz no law has been broken then there is no need for a warning letter.

I got a text from Uber that one of my recent trips I had an attitude complaint.

Same as OP; I was friendly with all my riders. There was this one girl though. She came out of the doctors office and I guess she had strep throat. Dude. She shouldn't be in my car. When she told me, I told her to not say anything since it's freakin contagious and we are trapped in a small confined space.

Dropped her off at the ER and said, hope she gets better.

That was the only PAX I had that week were I requested something to my rider.

People can be so sensitive.

If he hadn't of had three friends with him.....it might have been different! One did apologize for the asshole's behavior. Regardless...dash cam will solve that problem. Been driving for 14 years and never felt the need for one until I started driving for Uber.
