Why don't these idiots start advertising package delivery? Its such an easy gig, and I would use it if I needed it there today.

I've done it several times, the perfect passenger.
Yes, I have done that too.
The funny thing is that courier drivers MUST be employees, if they want to be independent contractors they have to comply with all the state requirements (just like carrying passengers for compensation). The labor department cracked down on that years ago but Uber comes and does whatever Travis wants.
Talk about unfair competition, next they will have courier companies, Pizza Hut,Domino's and who knows who else fighting them in court.

I received a text message less than 45 minutes before the webinar for UberEats and at that time I was on the road driving. How unprofessional. They could have sent out an email about it the day before, you know?

Besides, UberEats pisses me off to a degree. I don't eat in my car because I don't want my car to smell like food, so why would Uber think I would want to deliver food at all? I'm just saying "no" to UberEats.

Besides, UberEats pisses me off to a degree. If pax aren't supposed to eat in my car and I don't eat in my car, why does Uber think I would want to deliver restaurant food?
