I picked up an order, delivered it to the apartment complex, took and picture and marked as complete. Then I went home to enjoy some family time for Christmas.

Now I’m looking at my earnings and I see that the customer canceled the order after I delivered it and now I’m out $14.

I called UE support but they were no help. 😡

I feel you bro! I had a disaster of a Grub Hub delivery at 7:30 AM that was supposed to pay $23. First thing their GPS was two miles from where the restaurant actually was so the app wouldn't let me mark "Arrived". Then I look up the restaurant on Google Maps and go there. When I get there they said "someone else already picked it up". GH support wasn't even open yet so I did the second pickup/dropoff which was only 3 miles total away. When I finally got thru to support they called the restaurant and said the restaurant is remaking the order if you want to go back and get it. Like a dummy I said OK. I get there and the restaurant says it will be 10 minutes. Stupidly I waited because of the high payout and during that time GH UNASSIGNED THE ORDER BECAUSE I DIDN"T MARK ARRIVED!!! Well I couldn't mark Arrived as I had already told support because their location is way off! So I went to the restaurant twice and got paid ZERO!!! Not a great way to start Christmas Eve. Lesson learned. In the future, if the restaurant is not at the location CANCEL ASAP.

It happened to me too last week. I handed the guy the order in his driveway. Got back in my car went to pull away and it fell off the screen called support they canceled it. I got paid the full amount though and I told him I handed it to the guy.
