I got deactivated on a week that I only worked 3 days and did 6 rides. My cancellation rate is %0.

The reason for deactivation is the high cancellation rate for past 7 days. I have no idea how their system works whatsoever.

I worked for 3 years and completed well over 5K rides. 4.96 Star rating.

So here I come life. F uber.

Go drive for Lyft. Uber is on the way out anyway.
Thanks for the advice man. I might start with them. Let's see...

How high is your cancellation rate? You will get a warning first before deactivation. 4.96 is pretty darn good. I was stuck at 4.94 forever, back down to 4.93 now due to stupid entitled millennials.
I can't even sign in on my app now but it is %0 on the website for the past week. I only did rush hour rides and did 6 rides. No cancellations.

Dang, sorry you got deactivated. If you stop by greenlight they'll probably get you back in since your trip count was low for the week. Or it may be a blessing in disguise. :)

Email uber. Tell them something is wrong with your account please reset it.

If that doesn't work go to the hub in redondo and ask them to turn you back on.

Don't over stress it. Uber needs you more than you need them. Come back and tell us how it went.

I've been deactivated 3 times for cancels. They are trying to train you like a dog not to do it. Conditioned Tolerance. Don't be Uber's *****. You're not a dog.

First time?

Yeah I remember that "OMG what the heck whats wrong what's going on aaaaah" feeling.

Goes away after a few times.

On the 5th or so time Lyft axed me "for investigation", they sent me some your passenger claims that you.... email and ask me to respond to allegations, I literally wrote just:

"Re:

Seriously? ...SCAMMER

<quoted message>"

...and they put me right back on and that was that.
