What are the penalties if we get caught?

Criminal charges and permanent deactivation from Tnc for 5 years.

Uber wrote this into their self written legislative action legalizing Tnc statewide.

Not sure what local authorities can do? This brings up charges of no insurance, no business permitts and such.

In Miami getting caught was ones vehicle was impounded and severe penalties.
