Acceptance: You can NEVER be deactivated for a low acceptance rate. Uber and Lyft may whine and complain using in-App messages, texts, emails, etc., but that is all they will ever do. Just for fun, let's see who can win the prize" for lowest acceptance rating.

Cancellation: You can theoretically be deactivated for excessive cancellations. And you will definitely receive suggestions, complaints, and threats of deactivation. However, some cities/regions report that this is never actually done.

Rating: You can theoretically be deactivated for a rating below 4.6, and again expect to receive suggestions, complaints, and threats of deactivation. However, some cities/regions report that this is never actually done.

There are many other reasons that drivers nay be deactivated, but it is not clear if excessive cancellations or low rating is among them in this area. Has any driver in THIS AREA actually been deactivated by either Uber or Lyft for either excessive cancellations or low rating? If so, was it Uber or Lyft, for how long, and what was required to get reinstated?

Note: I am not encouraging low acceptance, excessive cancellation or low ratings. Some areas report benefits and rewards for drivers who keep these where Uber and Lyft want them. Certainly, an unknown percentage of riders pay attention to driver ratings and may cancel of they consider yours too low.
