uber is worth 100 billion and doesnt have any inventory, maufacturing, distribution, or anything other than a technology. I am expecting some weird changes in the future. Consulting firms can't wait to get in there and make changes so they can get paid. Same with higher level executives. Which means they will be messing with the model over time phasing things in and out on a regular basis to justify having all the Consultants and Executives there. It won't make sense to the passengers or drivers but the consultants and Executives need an excuse to be there so they will always make modifications.
