Yes the driver did not see him but I dont think he hit the cyclist on purpose.. and knowing that place its sometimes hard to pass with all those people. Driver did not help situation by driving off..
But the cyclist did get a bit to much angry too. "You going to jail".. relax.. its probably just damage to the bicyles..
