Firstly bikes are a menace on our roads today. Many bikers drive with a sense of entitlement feeling that they own the road and cars need to give right of way to them always. In this case it looks like the car was in the wrong. You should never hit a person or a bike on purpose. I am hoping that there is a part of the story that we have not been told yet.

Still have to avoid them, bc it could potentially be awful
