Well, just had a court summons in the case of a phone using black cab driver. It's post the new mobile phone laws and post the new TfL regulations where TfL will revoke a green badge for a single phone offence. I guess this will be interesting to many.
The same sanction would equally apply to a ph driver. Some poor sod faces financial ruin over a momentary mistake which most of us have done one time or another. This can’t be right.
