This problem would be solved world wide if uber 1)required rides to enter a destination when requesting. 2) told drivers of the destination in the ping.On 6 occasions over the last few days have heard customers complaining that drivers accepting jobs and then phoning up rider to ask where they are going. If ride does not suit the driver they are cancelling and charging the customer a 'no show' fee.
Get a grip guys as this will kill Uber. If you don't want the work drive for someone else!
Too many drivers surviving on cancellation fees alone.
In my other business I would *never* accept a scope of work that said "arrive on site and we'll tell you what we are doing"
