I started setting up my Uber account last February, but then did not complete the steps because I started driving for Lyft. Fast forward a few months to two weeks ago... I've started to complete my Uber account, but had trouble logging in. Because I cannot log in, I've tried resetting my account password, but the Uber system claims to send an email with a code to me, but I never received the email (yes I'm sure it's the right email). I have contacted support twice now. The first time they responded by telling me to follow the links for resetting the password, which clearly has not worked! The second time they told me they were unable to help me because I was not contacting them through my email address associated with the account. So, I then sent them an email from the email Associated on the account, but they have not responded in 4 days. I can't find a phone nunber and they won't call me... How can I get help?
