I got one good ride at 3.2 on xl and was headed back and it seemed like Uber shut off surge. It was like 4.7 surge in Tempe by mill, but all the pings were coming from the game and no surge
I understand waiting it out because the price is too high, but that wasn't the problem for me. All the demand was coming from the cubs game and the surge shifted farther west of the stadium. Every ping I was getting was coming from the game with no surge, but it was deep red like 4.5 surge at mill. I just dont get how that would happen...
