I'm not 100% sure but I think 'NYC Suburbs' drivers can drive anywhere in NY State except for NYC.

Depends on where near NYC you are...your either NYC or Upstate.

can confirm, you can drive literally anywhere considered upstate newyork, which is a pretty wide range. saratoga included

Thanks, that what I understood too. I'm set to drive NYC suburbs but I've gotten pings further north before. Never ventured as far north as Saratoga with Uber, but I did get the impression that all of NYS (outside of NYC) is considered one area, regardless of which county you signed up in.
