So, what exactly is a driver who is "anti-social"? If I greet the Pax at pickup and say nothing until thank you at the end of the ride is that me being "anti-social"? To me it's pax that are anti-social. I'm perfectly willing to have a conversation. In my head it's their ride and THEIR choice as to whether they want to have a conversation or not.

Anti-social driver is when the rider tries to engage but the driver minimally responds.

My Daughter is an extrovert and I know she would have wanted to converse with her driver.
