Well there you have it: a Congressman not reading the U/L rider rules first before he proposes legislation to fix a problem for his daughter - a problem that wouldn't be there had he read and followed the U/L rules in the first place. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if the Congressman is looking for campaign contributions, too. If this legislation does end up going somewhere, it'll probably call U/L drivers taxi drivers, and have us investigated and regulated as such.
