With an Outlander you will pay more in fuel costs than the charges you are trying to avoid.

tbh im just trying to workout the best solution as i currently will have to pay for both ulez and cc on the Exec platform and i dont see the point investing 30k would work out cheaper if i pay both chargers !!!

For £30k you could enter the zones every day for over 4 years. And an Outlander will have to pay Congestion charge in 2.5 years time anyway.

Prices have started to go up in used Outlander making them poor value.
I wouldn't buy a new one though.
If Euro6 diesel residuals start to take a hit they are becoming an option.

Tesla model 3? Lol any good? Too nice for these cheapos.
Do you just fill up with petrol and it charges batteries or do you still need to plug it in to get that mileage range?

I was told it's because the TX2 was Euro 2 and the when they moved to the redesigned TX4 they jumped straight to Euro4.
Wether that is true or not is anyone's guess but it makes sense.
Funny you should mention the 330e but I have seen two with Roundels in the last week, and this isn't in Central London, it was the Burbs.
I thought the C350e also had enough range to get free CC but apparently they claim 19miles for older versions, the new version has 30miles range but can't see anybody buying one of those new for PH.
TFL should really have a searchable database for vehicles that they consider eligible for CC Exemption.
