Pax enters incorrect address. I deliver to their destination, which they say oops we messed up, can you take me to a different address?

Of course they complain that I didn't know where I was going.

When they request a new destination you need to enter it in to the app if they don't do it first. At the end of the trip email Uber telling them there were multiple stops. Provide addresses. It'll cover your butt somewhat from such complaints.
