Always verify with the user that he ordered Uber Stool before you start the trip. Always verify that the user understands how Uber Stool works. If there is any balking, do not start the trip, tell the passenger to cancel and order UberX.

The same goes for Lyft Line.

As it is, I do not accept any Lyft Line requests. I accept Uber Stool only to get up my trip count.

I had one pax today tell me that UberX was not available on her app, only UberPool, which was forced on her, else she would have chosen UberX. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

so uber is (sometimes) blocking pax from choosing uber x, uber xl, uber black, and uber taxi.
their only option is pool.
i've had 3-4 pax tell me this as well.
i never saw it on their phone though. just assumed they were lying or too stupid to use the app correctly.
strange...:confused:

Just checked mine.......as of 0852 to-day, it is showing all of the levels of Uber that are offered in this market.

Yeah several passengers have said this. It actually happened to me as a passenger the other day. I'm not clear what's going on there .
