Considering this car will be strictly used under 6,000 miles per year, Not Uber!
[1] What is the step-step-process to get it done via "American Transit" or "Hereford"(Liability-Only).
[2] And what exact documents will the commercial broker need?

[3] I know i first need to have regular auto insurance for the first week?...month??...how long, then what

[4] And what company offers the other half needed (Collision) for full-coverage?

From what I know you can't have a commercial insurance under a leased car. If you do so and they discover you get screwed. But wait somebody that know better than me.

No one is going to give you a TLC insurance policy on a leased vehicle. It isn't yours.

Unless the broker employee is an absolute moron, they will see the vehicle title isn't in your name.

You can't deal directly with any insurance company. You need to use a broker and they will give you quotes for liability and for collison and comprehension. There are several brokers out there.

Pearland, inshur, next century ( just to name a few)

All you have to do is contact one of them and they will give you every answer to all your questions you posted here.

Wake up...Personally know about 4 people on leased cars doing apps with TLC plates and insurance....
[/QUOTE]

Want to explain that situation to "wake" me up? One of the first requirements for plates is proof of vehicle ownership. If you're saying they are on a lease-to-own that's an entirely different subject... And that is allowed and it's within specific rules.

Hello @Thinking_mind101! We offer TLC insurance on vehicles that are being leased for a minimum of 12 months. I'm not quite sure what type you're looking for but we do have a fleet product that will be live very, very soon (it can be processed manually until then). Download our app for more information or let me know if you have any more questions.
