This is bullshit. I don’t want to be forced to accept X rides.

 

so they combined green, priority and comfort into uberx, what about the fare? all trips get paid uberx fare?

you see what I mean.. every year uber will find ways to chip away your earning.

 

Uber is struggling to fulfill Share rides, and now they want to coerce drivers into accepting those rides by hiding them under the Uber X label

 

You’re not forced to accept UberX rides. HOWEVER, this does imply that Uber is experiencing difficulty getting drivers to accept UberX trips…. This will only be getting worse until governments step in, and establish set Per Mile and Minute rates.

 

I agree but unfortunately the governments are not doing a good enough job or is intentionally creating confusing pay schemes that's still underpaying drivers so they will think it's better but still driving cheaper than the States minimum wage.

For all the talk about the importance of the acceptance rates, Uber keeps finding new ways to lower peoples' acceptance rates.

 

UberX, UberPet, and Deliveries are my only options.
BUT... UberPet by itself is not available.

I predict my cancellation rate going sky high because of this. Then what's next, they start deactivating for that again?
