I had someone get sick outside the car and they paid me a $50 cleaning fee.
U need to get it cleaned at a car wash and email uber the reciept , it has to be a proper reciept ,I.e either be stamped with the cleaning companies details or a reciept on a headed paper stating the companies details .Does anyone know if uber actually pays out for this. I've had people puke before but they have kindly asked me to pull over and done it outside.
However early this morning the guy refused and said it's OK then done it out the window so it went all over the car. Also gone into the door too which is gonna be annoying as will take ages to dry out and keep smearing when the window is opened and closed.
Luckily it was my last job.
I emailed uber straight away with the pics. I'm currently at the car wash now praying they have a proper receipt lolU need to get it cleaned at a car wash and email uber the reciept , it has to be a proper reciept ,I.e either be stamped with the cleaning companies details or a reciept on a headed paper stating the companies details .
Also u need email the pictures of the vomit and this all has to be done within 24hrs as uber says it's not good practise to charge customers after 24hrs!
If they do pay u will get up to £80
This is what I'm hoping forI had my first puker last weekend.
She got out of the car (well, fell out) to do it, but managed to get some of it on herself and the back seat.
I photo'd the mess, along with the £20 cleaning receipt, and got a £40 payment from Uber!
