I used the post office to send off my PCO application and also made the tfl payment there as well.

Tfl called me up today and said you haven't provided card details on the form. So I advised them that I paid at the post office... The post office didn't stamp the form so I've had to scan my receipts and email them to tfl which I'm sure has delayed my application!!!

Anyone else had any issues with their application?

Also should I bother contacting the post office and telling them they've caused a delay and claim the fee for check and send back?

Cheers!

Failing to stamp the form sounds like a very basic error in a service that's supposed to ensure things are processed quickly and efficiently...

I'd go back to the PO and make a fuss, and at least get the few quid back from them - though that's small fry compared to the loss of potential earnings.

I only used Check & Send because I wanted to use my credit card to pay for it, but didn't want to risk it taking longer by filling in the card details on the form the old-fashioned way.
I watched the PO clerk like a hawk to make sure they did everything properly.
