I tried posting this as a response to the previous thread but being new only allows you to create topics, not comment at first, not really sure about that strategy...

I'll echo the issues with email responses. Terrible turnaround time, all emails are responded to between midnight and 5am, one can only assume this support is based in India. I've had some great support from India in the past (with other organizations) I can assure you uber is not paying top dollar for their "talent."

Anyone have any direct email addresses or, dare I ask, phone numbers?
