So this is partly my fault. My insurance card I had in my car expired on 03SEP, and uber had sent me a warning text telling me to update my insurance card. Being the soup sandwich I can be sometimes, I kinda let it slip but quickly changed it after uber said my account is suspended until I update my card. Later in the evening, I got my account reinstated, but it doesn't let me take XL only now. It shows two buttons with only my car type and plate #. Then I emailed uber support over this. The CSR responded within a half an hour basically asking me to confirm if I wanted to take XL only. I said yes, but now no response, and I've been waiting. I really don't want to do just X pings. Any similar experiences/advice?
