changes in surging??

1st of all, who else thinks there are entirely too many drivers on the road at any given time????? It's ridiculous And since the last changes what's up with all the surging in odd places?! The map will be yellow, orange and red in different places, at odd times......I think it's messing the with the pax and the drivers................anyone else thinking the same thing????? Also, has anyone noticed the fri/sat most obnoxious drunks come from the PUMP at 23rd & Walker?!
