Have you noticed that Uber is now referring to 'surge pricing' as 'dynamic pricing' and its 'commission' as a 'service fee'?

I regard all four terms as accurate in a technical sense.

'Dynamic pricing' is the general term used for pricing that varies according to demand. It is used, for example, by many airlines and hotels. 'Surge pricing' was the term favoured by Travis Kalanick himself as directly descriptive of what was happening.

'Service fee' rather than 'commission' emphasises the fact that Uber provides services to drivers.
