Sad.. TLC are issuing licenses like it’s going out of style.. simply because uber is slick.. drivers eventually quit cause bs n pay and cuts.. new recruits come on and it’s a revolving door.. same reason why they implemented the rating when it could of been done differently if the rider had a real complaint.. truth is simply ridesharing is a scam to the whole cab industry across the world.. it’s time people fight back if not this business will be over.. but some how ubermike makes it happen right? Lol

Unfortunately this is true. Many tlc cars don't make full stops at the stop sign or they just stop on the cross walk and break really hard to avoid not hitting pedestrians crossing
