I went back and checked previous weeks and the problem is retroactive. These guys are incredible.well, glad to hear im not the only one, i guess... ugh... i emailed Uber and i'll reply here once i get an update.
Yes. It is clear they are tips. The problem is they are adding them in twice. First they add it to trip earnings and then they add it again to bank deposit. I doubt they are now doubling all tips.I believe that "cash collected" are your in-app tips. That's how the math worked for me.
Good luck with customer support. They will reply with the same canned response not answering your question. LOL
