Is anyone else having issues with Uber about your car inspection sticker? They keep asking for a picture of the back and when I send they say its the wrong document! Now they are threatening to disconnect me. Several calls to them have resulted in all different solutions! Downloading documents, going to a green light hub (told them there isnt one in vt) and even saying that I need to verify the inspection station!!
They do not have a clue what to do but continue with the threats!

How did it eventually get resolved? I went through the same thing.

After several attempts - and getting them to realize we do not have a green light hub, they said in Vermont it is not necessary. I do not trust them for next year though - as when you talk to different people there, they all say different things. I had to find one that would eliminate it and activate my app!! - how did you resolve?

I got hold of someone at their HQ and he had me send a pdf file of the actual inspection report that the garage gives you when they put the sticker on. That seemed to satisfy them. I sent you a private message just to say hi. Any tips you can share? Lol

i know this is an old thread, but I had a horrible time getting my inspection approved. they now want the inspection report but they kept rejecting it. Support didn't say what was wrong, just that it wasn't the correct form. took 2 weeks. its a literally new car.
had the same issue with the tempoary registration. i have a love hate relationship with Uber. love the extra money, hate the BS
