recently i got into a minor accident

i alight a rider at T1, i stop behind a car, and the car reverse and hit mine front.

we took each other particulars and take photo.

i informed my rental company and went down their insurer and was told they will help me fight for it

the incam camera did not capture the part the car reverse and hit mine as claim by the insurer company as the memory card capacity is not enough .

i called the guy involved and he said he will repair his car and claim insurance

what if the guy denied he reverse and hit mine and say i hit his?
can i report police if he denied?
how will the rental company help to proof ?
rider cannot be witness?
cannot get airport camera if no major injury?

A few years ago, a taxi driver knocked into me and the driver lied. I made a police report hoping that he will be punished, as I naturally hated taxi drivers.

No action was taken.

This was after I had to report the matter to MAS that CDG's insurance company was fraudulent in its reporting and handling of the case.

MAS stated I was correct and the insurance company apologised and paid full claims, and I submitted everything I could from repairs, lost of time, lost of use of car, to inconvenience. They did not challenge. I sold the car off soon after without fully repairing.

I demanded an apology from CDG and the taxi driver. Still waiting.

But thanks for reminding me to pursue this matter.

Minor damage, but at least I got more than $2k because I demanded the door be replaced. They did not challenge. Challenging would have meant another assessor re-examining the original taxi driver report which has now mysteriously been misplaced.

I got $100 NTUC vouchers apology for reporting this guy.

[1] On 8th March, 2014 at 1.15 pm, vehicle SJQ9777A entered SPC petrol station on Killiney Road.

[2] Vehicle SJQ9777A followed the correct flow of traffic and parked and stopped at a free petrol pump.

[3] Taxi SHB714T was attempting a manoeuvre against the flow of traffic. The driver eventually ended up blocking vehicle SJQ9777A and even left his vehicle unattended for 10 minutes.

[4] When the taxi driver returned, he started shouting expletives in Hokkien and still refused to move his vehicle. He did not apologise for his dangerous act of blocking traffic flow in a petrol station against SCDF regulations.

[5] Vehicle SJQ9777A had to reverse to exit the petrol station.

[6] I have attached 4 photographs of the incident. I am the driver of vehicle SJQ9777A. I confirm my willingness to testify in court should the offender dispute the alleged offence.

How did mas managed to prove the TD at fault? I'm sure the TD was confident before he decide to lie
