I was just approved as a driver today. When I go into the app to switch to online, I receive a message that my vehicle is not allowed to operate in CT.

All of my paperwork checked out okay.

I have a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT.

Does anyone know why this happened or who I can contact to discuss further?

I have heard this happens sometimes and clears after an hour or two. You may also try a hard reset of the app by logging out and back in (instead of just exiting the app) one time. Other possibilities, is your home address, DL, and car registration all Connecticut?

I ran into this because uber had the wrong year in for my car , 2006 instead of 2016. That made it legit in my market, but not the next market over.
