Dear community, i'm struggling for like a month to go online. i m a Uber eats deliverer in the Netherlands for like 2.5 years. After several attempts i could upload all the necessary documents in the Uber supplier/partner portal after my account was re-evaluated for unknown reasons. Now the documents are visible and approved on the Uber website, but the document (passport) is not visible anymore in my Uber phone application. I tried to remove the app, log out..etc but nothing worked. As long as the approved passport is not visible there, i cannot go online, even its visible on the Uber portal.
I tried like 100 times to contact support, but it seems like a mission impossible for them to solve this or in the most cases i got a automatic reply from Uber.S.
I hope someone can help me out here.
