I definitely agree. Uber's technology is pretty cutting edge so this could be a simple update, but I do think they want to make the drivers put in the effort to ask for the credit, because a percentage probably would not notice (or care).Sorry to disagree. But...No.

THIS HAPPENS ALOT. This is a 'TECH COMPANY'. It should be automatically BUILT INTO THE APP to recognize that the rider CANCELLED AFTER 5 minutes! So YES....Uber SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY CREDIT every driver $5 after a post 5 minute cancelletion by rider! Without having to EMAIL SUPPORT!
