I noticed my cancellation rate increased today when I havent cancelled any jobs today, anyone know if there is some sort of isdue ongoing thats causing this
Ignore your cancellation rate, it is meaningless.

It includes rider cancellations when cheapskates keep hunting for the E-Class or 5-Series they've become accustomed to on UberX rates.

It also includes when you arrive and hit "cancel / rider no-show" after your 5-minute timer has sounded. (NEVER wait more than 5-minutes!)

Pay it no mind.

I am sure Ben will tell u that will affect your jobs offered to you
And this will invalidate the uber zero tolerances policy
Ie closest driver gets the ping no more
