Got a X ping and went to pickup..... arrived.... sent text to pax.....no response...... ok countdown going....at 2 minute mark they reply their on 2nd street.....I'm between 3rd and 4th..... so I go down to 2nd...ok maybe GPs is off..... but they still not there... ok I go back to original pickup point and they call me their on SE 2nd and the GPS pin was off.... ok I replied I'll bother shortly.... only problem was by now the 5 minutes had expired and I saw the red field eligible for cancel so I did..... and then it disappeared...somehow the connection bad I couldn't re-establish connection and find the ride... so I rebooted the phone and still my cancel fee and the ride itself was gone......so I called the UBER help line and stated everything I wrote here..... they put me on hold and verified everything.....and then gave me a $5 promo
