I lease a 2016 Honda Civic, I ask so many people this question but everyone has a different answer about this, I have unlimited miles for when I do return the vechile. Does anyone know? If I am allowed to use it as TLC what is the process? Do I need to give back my plates first? Do I need commercial insurance and personal insurance ?

What kind of non-commercial lease gives you unlimited miles? I've never heard of anything like that.

I find it hard to believe any lease would ever allow you to register their vehicle as a livery vehicle. You better read that contract.

NO!!!! DON'T DO IT! Honda doesn't do fleeting , and the thief known as the insurance broker wont give you the insurance on a leased car. they will ask for a power of attorney from the bank who gave you the lease (honda financial) and honda isn't going to give you it. But you can always try calling honda financial and artfully ask them for it.
