You are an independent contractor you can promote whichever business you so choose as long as it is not against the law. Perhaps just mention of the sales and deliver elsewhere or conduct business after the ride has ended...they are technically your customers under the guise of whichever platform you are driving for at the moment.

But if the passenger is friendly, preferably a regular, you can.
Other than that, they can report you.
It takes some experience to know which passenger is OK.

"interesting" car with the right plates and make, but white instead of silver, no badging, totally illegal tint all around, no rear view mirror, and i can't remember what, but some other standard feature was missing. we got out and all asked each other "what was that just now?" the weed offer was the least odd part about it

YEs give them your business card and tell them you will charge 25% less than uber thus making your legitimate 75%.

What you said confirms that the TOS is a fraudulent document.

You're an IC. You're told you're your own boss. Uber insists it only connects drivers and riders. We all know that's bs.

Sell whatever you want as long as it's legal and keep a record of every complaint about it.

Evidence. Evidence. Evidence.

Without it you have nothing.

Uber knows almost no one reads the TOS, which is why it's packed with wildly contradictory information that constitutes impossibility and just plain full blown contract, employment, and business fraud - among a Santa's list of other illegal ?.

I never understood how stupid you have to be to smoke any sort of cannabis product that leaves a lingering smell in the car. All it takes is one complaint and you're finished.
