Can I renew my TLC plates if I missed a renewal payment 6 month ago...or they are gone forever?

I am not sure about TLC plates, but I can tell you about TLC License. You get 180 days from the expiration date to renew your TLC License with some penatly. Once the 180 pass, you will lose your TLC license and have to get another one. TLC Plate rule should be similar as well. Why don't you call TLC and talk to them!!! I called them the other day regarding the status of my TLC License, they are good and friendly on the phone.
