Can I pick up my mom when I'm off duty

Dude, how would Uber know that you're driving your family in your car with the app off? It doesn't matter if they knew--you can take anyone at any time. I drive my wife around in the car I use for Uber... it doesn't affect anything. It's still your personal vehicle, you know?

Next thing we'll be asked is if we can drive groceries like bananas in our rear seat or if Uber will deactivate us for driving food without doing Uber Eats...

How did you pass a TLC exam if you don't know this? Are you a troll? If not then yes, you can pick up whoever you want and whenever you want.

You can not shut the app off or Uber will deactivate you. You must keep the app on for at least 23 hours a day. You must also get sleep time and bathroom time approved by your supervisor. You are officially an Uber slave.

This was a.really pointless thread, no offense to OP. I thought his mom was flying to LGA and he was asking if he could pick her up at terminal B which is a no. No empty fhv at terminal b outside 10 pm - 6 am.

Its your CAR! Is not Ubers or TLC's as long as you aint doing no street hails you good. I go shooping in my car i pick up my mom in my car. I go anywhere with my car is mines so do whatever you want. Just dont smoke while you are driving or drink and drive at all. And i mean not even one sip.

LokT: Look, I know you're new here and you'll learn that these guys are angry and some are just silly jokesters. Listen up.... you can drive your car anytime you want. If you want to pick up your mother from work, then you can. If you want to pick her up from JFK, then you can. If you want to go grocery shopping, then you can. There are no restrictions that say you cannot drive your FHV whenever you want to. The only thing is that the car can only be driven by people w/ a TLC license. You have one, so you are completely fine.

Ah, the restriction is limited to Terminal B ? That's weird. Is this just for the departures area? How are Terminal B arriving people picked up outside of those hours?
