A scooter was being pulled over by a cop in Harlem.

The scooter goes to pull over and does what appears to be a U-turn but it was a complete 360 while the cop is right behind him lol.

Scooter ends up speeding off and turning on 123rd st and cop quickly turned off his lights and decided not to chase.

You guys think a TLC car wud be able to do the same lol

Exactly, those guys wud go wrong way and on sidewalks.

I found it funny though cuz he was staring down the cop the whole time he was going around.

This happens all the time with motorcycles. They can NEVER be pulled over... And it's a joke if a cop thinks he can pull over a motorcycle. Bunch of videos on the internet where bikes just run away. You can't chase a thing that accelerates to 60mph in a little under 3 seconds, and weave in between traffic when the cop car is long stuck behind.

Yup. Just a dead pedestrian or two. And it wouldn't even be the bike that kills them. It would be the cop in 4000 pounds of twisted metal driving a nuclear missile who thought it'd be a good idea to chase a 300 pound bike.

Ya cops aren't allowed/don't bother chasing a motorcycle because it might cause more harm than good. Just let them die on their own going 80mph on the highways.

They do. They have those big Harley Davidson bikes that would have even less of a chance to catch that scooter. Forget it, even cops know when the battle is lost....
