Noobie driver. Yes.. another one. lol I must like punishment to even consider driving again. ( I was a Trailways coach driver and that should have cured me for lifetime)

I need a new vehicle and I was wondering if a driver can survive using an XL vehicle while doing X trips?

I was thinking about a Nissan Rogue or a T&C mini van. Both get around 20 mpg. If I lived in St. Pete or Miami I think it would work, but I'm not sure about the Ft. Myers market. Appreciate the input.....

Thanks for reply NaplesTom. Yes, doing some side gigs when available is a good idea.

From what I've read about the X platform, they say use the cheapest car possible with the best gas mileage. That car would be the Toyota Corolla?

You shouldn't really drive in SW FL there are too many drivers already. Wouldn't want you to get shanked in the yard....
.......All-righty then.... I guess you're saying there is some tension among UBER "partners"? lol I can understand a shank coming from a cab driver.... but why UBER "Partners"?

After all, not all drivers like to do the bar crowd, not all drivers like to get up early. Some like to work days, some like to work nights... 24 hours in a day ... should be enough hours to go around?

But you may be correct about the gig not worth driving. I understand Lee County has a Rideshare Law that is very expensive? I am checking this board trying to find out more, but not many people know.

If anyone can comment on the Lee County Rideshare Law.. please jump in. Tnx
