That's a horrible quest

My count was 52....Savages!!

I noticed today that my trips were not being counted towards quest on the promotion tracker or that main screen counter.

My trips froze at 49..so same thing

I made 55 for 75 at 3:38 am.

I had the same thing for 3 rides this am.

Me too......did 4 rides.....not showing as counted toward my quest

I would think all they have to do is look back on your trip history and ride count for that particular Quest. So long as the trips started in the county the quest is for. Have you tried calling support?

Yeah, I'm having a similar issue where the rides I did this morning hasn't been counted and applied towards quest. I was thinking maybe it had something to do with Labor Day and whomever is overseeing this part of the program is taking the day off. Hopefully, the rides will be counted and the bug/issue fixed.

You burned yourself for even trying a quest for such a low amount. How many hours does it take to do 60? Over 30?

Then stop slaving for these horrible quests lol The more you do it the more uber is going to try and screw you over. You give them all the power. I cancelled around 20 short rides this weekend because I was on the destination filter and not working for the crap quest uber sent me. Plus I don't like when uber makes more then me on a ride.

That's a quest you shouldn't even pay attention to. Why race around trying to do so many rides for so little pay? Focus on profit - earnings per mile.

You lose money everytime doing surge killing Quest.

The team is aware of this and are working on it. It won't effect your quest earnings according to the reply they sent me.

I've had quest rides not show up . They get backed up for some reason . Just count the ones in your earnings app to see if they match.


It has take up to 20 minutes for some to finally reflect.

Hey there! I've had the same thing happen when I used to do OC quests. Keep messaging them until you get satisfaction, even if you have to send screenshots of all 50 trips. Make sure NONE of your trips started outside the county and no Eats trips. Good luck!
