Not saying people should be at farmers markets but if you go to Ralphs you won't exactly see people staying 6 feet apart either. In any event the article falsely claims lapd is giving out tickets. That's already been debunked as nonsense so that's the level of "reporting" you will get from a gossip site like tmz. I'd take whatever they say with a grain of salt.

They already cleared out the beaches and parks next to their gated communities from the poor scum that tried to catch some sun there, now let's stick it to small farmers, shopkeepers and poor folks trying to buy fresh organic produce without getting robbed blind by big corps Wholefoods and Sprouts.
Everyone happy now? Some more working folks' livelihoods down the drain...

What is interesting is that all those people know that they are in violation of a mandatory order by the county and the state but they think that they are exempt.

The organizers of all Farmers Market's will have to make some changes on how they handle the crowd. Hardly the end of the world. Nothing is exempt, not even Brentwood. This is no different then a grocery store.
