Not on the amount of trips directly, I've got over 13,000 myself and I've seen others with over 20,000.
There is Uber Pro which you can find out about in your driver app. It requires high ratings and acceptance rates, low cancellation rates and a certain amount of points per period which more trips makes more points. The bonus money is good, but the rest of the perks are kinda lame, but useful to some.

Yes in a lot of places chasing the bonus money is a losing deal because one has to stop cherry picking.
However I have geography and low volume of trips in my side, plus we get paid on the return unlike elsewhere for X.
My hardest thing is getting enough trips to clear Diamond every period. Heck even having a six seater is a waste here, hardly any calls for it.

I have over 17,000 trips with Uber never once have they've given me an appreciation or even said thank you so don't hold your breath
Maybe when you get to 25k trips
you'll get a message like this

and would LOVE to learn how to improve

They did handout bonuses at one time but I didnt have the 20k rides needed to get the $10,000 😭

They handed out bonuses by the number of rides when they went public I think I got a whopping $100 then.

Yes. Whatever bonus you pay Uber for the privilege of using their app will be much appreciated by them.

I am 29% 8% I was 11% that grows some weeks big.but I do wav x xl..comfort....if no wav I am like 10% .
I think your market surges more.
It very well may, I drive nights too so no traffic...

Since you are always preaching that Rideshare is designed to only give rides when you are already headed that direction, how in the heck do you find enough rides for diamond status working part time giving rides on the way to your pre determined destination?
Better yet, how do you find enough rides paying $1 per mile or higher, only going the direction you are heading?
And I call BS on being paid for the return lol. I'd need to see screenshots to believe that nonsense.

You have just complete your Lead status or 6000, now you are on you way to Bronze as soon as you reach 60 000. hopefully you will make the platinum at 1 000 000 trips, which we would reward you with a thank you for doing 1000000 with us.
