Updated the app and I got an offer, keep bolt pricing or adjust fee. Apparently it allows you to adjust per mile fee, time and base fare is jot adjustable. Also note the warning on the 2nd screen view.
Has any one experienced either option?

I think it is time inclusive. Once you set £1,6 it says it is a competitive price over half of the drivers around.
i have decided not to set until I hearfrom drivers. I take only £100 per week from Bolt anyway!
